So...earlier tonight I was out to eat with my 87 year old mom, who suffers from dementia. Just making conversation I said.. "so, what it the best part of having Obama as our president?" Without missing a beat, she got a serious expression on her face and folded her arms on the table. She said.."He tells it the way it is and he doesn't shut us out."

I thought she nailed it!
